Missed pickup?

We apologize if your recycling is missed on your pickup day. Sometimes there is a simple remedy, so let us work with you and we will get the problem taken care of. Please call the next day after you are missed so that it can be resolved with Able. Before calling.

1. Be sure to have your recycling toter curbside at 6:00 a.m.
2. Be sure your toter has not been emptied. With the lid closed by the new trucks, it is hard to know for sure if it is empty.
3. If you have extra containers, have them clearly marked RECYCLING.
4. Additional containers are not to exceed 20 gallon capacity.
5. Also, if you use extra containers, you must also have your blue toter out as a marker for the Able driver.

LEAVE TOTER WHEN YOU MOVE

There should be a toter left at your new location. However, for new construction, just call the District office and we will call Able to deliver one. Landlords and mobile home park owners are responsible to keep toter at rental property.
